What is the presentation about?

During this talk, Ben will share his experiences as a manager and change agent at two corporations. The topic is timely, as technologists are generally not naturally inclined to embrace it. However, not paying attention to corporate culture can limit managerial effectiveness, the ability to introduce change in an organization and lead to personal frustration and corporate burn-out.
