What is the workshop about?


This practical workshop will teach you how to pick the right UX research method for the right problem. It's highly interactive and built around real-life cases, so you can train skills in practice. We'll be using lots of post-it notes, canvas, Lego blocks and flipcharts. You'll be working in groups on real business cases and apply new skills on the spot. 


What you'll learn:

applying several dozen different research methods and techniques for the right phase in the project lifecycle
how to collaborate with your team to do better research
formulating research objectives and questions
choosing the right methods for the research objectives
using a planning UX research canvas with your team
choosing the right scope of research for the project
explaining the role of research in the product development process

For whom is the workshop designed?

Product managers, designers and researchers having a basic understanding of the value of research in the product development process and having some knowledge of basic research methods like interviews, surveys or focus groups. It is NOT required to have any experience in conducting the research yourself.
